- Developed a risk mitigation strategy with both on-site fail-over and offsite disaster recovery.
- Technical leadership of the companies first B2C and B2B e-commerce sites, along with the technical oversight of 7 websites including hosting, design and maintenance.
- Negotiated vendor contracts resulting in savings of $100,000 per year for IT services.
- Implemented SAS-70/SSAE-16 controls for the IT department.

- Application backlog reduced from 24 to 6 months as a result of joint planning.
