- Created a scalable IT platform able to support the rapid growth of Prasco with over 18 years of satisfied customers, transactional partners and business stakeholders.
- Developed a risk mitigation strategy with both on-site fail-over and offsite disaster recovery.
- Technical leadership of the companies first B2C and B2B e-commerce sites, along with the technical oversight of 7 websites including hosting, design and maintenance.
- Negotiated vendor contracts resulting in savings of $100,000 per year for IT services.
- Implemented SAS-70/SSAE-16 controls for the IT department.

- Led technical team during implementation of distribution software that serviced 27 sites, system provided annual value of $900,000.
- Consultant for small to mid size companies in manufacturing, distribution, services, home building and not for profits.

- Application backlog reduced from 24 to 6 months as a result of joint planning.
